About World Class Health

World Class Health (WCH) is an AI-native specialty-care Center of Excellence covering elective surgery, musculoskeletal (MSK) care, imaging, infusions, cancer care, women's health, and weight-loss and GLP-1 management. Our AI identifies members who are likely to need specialty care before they choose a specialist, then engages and navigates them to high-quality, lower-cost providers. Employers get better outcomes for their people, backed by the industry's first 100% contractual savings guarantee.

We serve self-funded employers directly and through benefits consultants, and we are building distribution through TPAs and health plans. We are based in San Francisco and growing quickly.

The role

The VP, Partnerships builds and grows WCH's relationships with the benefits consultants, brokers, and resellers who advise employers on specialty care. You will make WCH a trusted name in their offices, bring us into more RFPs and finalist presentations, and build a broker and reseller network that sells WCH to employers on our behalf. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and sits on the Growth team alongside Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Payers & Partnerships.

Employers buy specialty care through advisors they trust, so this channel is central to our growth. The role is field-based: you will spend more than half your time on the road, meeting consultants and brokers at regional events and in their offices across the U.S.

What you'll do

Build and deepen consultant relationships

  • Develop trusted relationships with consultants at national consulting firms and regional brokerages, at both the leadership and local-office level.
  • Keep consultants informed about WCH's progress, outcomes, and differentiators so they bring us into RFPs and recommend us to their clients.
  • Partner with the B2B Marketing team on lunch-and-learns, webinars, case studies, and other programs that build consultant awareness.

Represent WCH in the field

  • Travel more than 50% of the time to small and regional industry events, employer coalitions, and consultant and broker offices across the U.S.
  • Network expertly at events, turning conversations into meetings, introductions, and opportunities.
  • Build an annual event and visit calendar focused on the offices and markets with the most opportunity.

Close reseller deals and build a broker network

  • Identify, negotiate, and close reseller and distribution agreements with brokers and other partners.
  • Recruit, enable, and grow a national broker network, giving brokers the training and materials they need to sell WCH.
  • Shape partner terms, including revenue share and other compensation, in line with each firm's norms.

Manage the pipeline

  • Track every consultant, broker, and reseller relationship and opportunity in HubSpot.
  • Report regularly on activity, RFPs generated, deals influenced, and revenue sourced through the channel.
  • Work closely with Sales so consultant-sourced opportunities move quickly to close.

What you bring

Required

  • 20+ years of healthcare experience.
  • Experience at digital health startups.
  • Direct experience working with providers, and a deep understanding of how Centers of Excellence work, including network quality, bundled pricing, and care navigation.
  • Extensive existing relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, and resellers who position and sell digital health solutions to employers.
  • Expert-level networking skills at industry events, with a track record of turning contacts into pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time across the U.S.
  • Considerable experience managing a pipeline in a CRM tool.
  • A proven history of closing reseller deals and building a broker network from the ground up.

Strongly preferred

  • Experience at a Center of Excellence or specialty-care navigation vendor.
  • Familiarity with RFP processes run by national benefits consulting firms.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
